Two weeks left until the Tinkerbell Half Marathon! I am more apprehensive for the upcoming event this year than I was last year. Perhaps that is because I have participated once and now know what is expected of everyone.
Two of the companies that are coordinating the Tinkerbell Half Marathon have been emailing me information regarding the event. One is Get Travel Sports the other is active.com. They have sent a map of the route for transportation and a map of route for the half marathon.
They have also sent all the waivers that need to be signed and brought to the registration site. I opened these files up so that I can print them. I skimmed through them to see which pages I wanted to print then attempted to print the pages for the waivers and the maps.
The first one prints out rather light so I am thinking that it is the color of the page itself. I try to find a way to make the print darker. I have been able to do that at work with Adobe but can’t find a way to do it with my printer.
I decided to print the list for Safeway groceries to determine if it was the color of the page or my ink cartridge going empty. The answer of course is the ink cartridge in my printer.
Since all the stores are now closed I will have to wait until sometime during the week to go get another ink cartridge. Not sure when that will be since my schedule for the next few days is very full.
