Johnny Yong Bosch, Power Ranger and Vocal Artist

Johnny Yong Bosch is a musician and actor who has done extensive voice work.
Bosch started with the role of Adam Parker, the Black Ranger, the Green Turbo Ranger, and Green Zeo in the television series Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Bosch played the role for three and a half seasons, did two motion picture adaptations, and made special guest appearances in other eisodes of later seasons.
Vash the Stampede in Trigun was Bosch’s first major voice over role. Later on, he played the dubbed version of Ichigo Kurosaki in Bleach, Sasori in Naruto, Yukio in Blue Exorcist, Lelouch Lamperouge in Code Geass, Izaya in Durarara, Artemis in Sailor Moon, Braz in Blood Lad, Saruhiko in K, Kirius in Lagrange – The Flower of Rin-ne , Lujon in Fullmetal Alchemist, Yusaku in Toradora, Ryunosuke in Fate/Zero, Sanada in Sengoku Basara: Samurai Kings and many others.
Bosch also provided voice acting for video games including Adachi/Narukami in Persona 4, Firion in Final Fantasy Dissidia, Nero in Devil May Cry 4, Yang in Street Fighter IV, Bumblebee in Transformers: War for Cybertron, Kuhn in .hack//G.U., Almaz in Disgaea 3, Torian Cadera in Star Wars The Old Republic and others.
Bosch sings in the band Eyeshine. The band won the “Gimme the Gig” competition that was hosted by the Ford Motor Company in 2011. Its music was selected to be part of a promotional piece for the Call of Duty Endowment project.
Eyeshine has played at Ernie Ball’s Rock Star Energy Drink Uproar Festival and the Warped Tour. It recorded the song “Love Psalm” with Mary Elizabeth and Akira Yamaoka for Silent Hill: Book of Memories.
Bosch was born in Kansas City, Missouri on January 6, 1976. He knows Shaolin Kung Fu.
