When Dark Horse approached Randall in the 1980s and gave him the opportunity to do any comic he wanted, he pitched an idea they would never go for – a science fiction story about a female bounty hunter. Dark Horse gave the thumbs up, and Randall had to figure out how to get the story done. TREKKER was born.
Roughly 25 years later, Randall was able to collect all of the old stories into an Omnibus that read like a Netflix binge watching marathon. After each story, I turned the page and thought, just one more and then I’ll go to bed. Randall also released Train to Avalon, so when the Omnibus was finished, I wasn’t totally left out in the cold.
Now Randall wants to be able to release TREKKER on a more regular schedule. He’s turning to Kickstarter and TREKKER fans to do it. Get in on the ground floor and buckle up for an adventure that will have you wanting more.
